Open green fields, utter tranquillity, and friendly hospitality in a traditional Tuscan environment are the elements that characterise a holiday at the Santa Caterina farm residence.
In a position that offers panoramic views, amongst vast woodlands and olive groves, our organic farm offers 2 stone country houses built at the end of the 1800s, called Podere Sant’Emilia and Podere Santa Caterina. Each house is divided into apartments of various sizes (sleeping 2 to 6 persons) and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The atmosphere is both romantic and welcoming and each apartment is unique, decorated in a Tuscan “arts and crafts” style; each apartment has a private garden area with a table, chairs and barbeque for relaxing evenings under the stars.
We also have a large swimming pool, ping-pong-table, volleyball court and a children’s play area.
As an organic farm in a remarkably diverse natural area, protecting the environment is of utmost importance to us in everything we do, from recycling to using renewable energy sources; our wood furnace and solar panels are also used to fuel our boiler.
