The farm-residence Montemari is situated in the midst of 2 hectares of parkland, overlooking the enchanting rolling hills of Tuscany. Guests can enjoy panoramic views, the aromas and flavours of this land, and easily reach the seaside and hill-towns and cities of Tuscany.
The Main House is divided into 4 apartments:
-CentUlivi and LoggiAntica (sleeps 6, 100 m2): located on the ground floor, with an outdoor loggia with beautiful arches that frame the suggestive hilly landscape.
Consisting of a large multi-functional room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 persons each, and 2 bathrooms.
-Belvedere and MiraValle (sleeps 8, 120 mq): located on the first floor, it consists of a multi-functional room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a private covered balcony with panoramic views, 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms.
The Vecchio Fienile (“old hayloft”) is where you can find the reception and La Mangiatoia, both on the ground floor. In La Mangiatoia you can taste and purchase traditional Tuscan food products.
The residence also has a swimming pool measuring 14x6 metres which, with its sun deck, look out over the pristine and mesmerizing countryside.
